中文摘要: 氨络渣是银阳极泥在回收贵金属过程中产生的一种富含铂钯的中间物料,是有色冶炼行业提取铂族金属重要的二次资源。针对氨络渣的处理研究提出采用焦炭作为还原剂、PbO作为捕集剂,在造渣剂的辅助作用下,于高温条件下对氨络渣中的铂族元素实现高效富集。重点考察PbO配比、还原剂配比、碱度、还原温度以及还原时间对氨络渣中铂族元素捕集率的影响。研究结果表明,在PbO质量比为9%、还原剂质量比为8%、碱度为1、还原时间5h、还原温度1450℃条件下,氨络渣中铂族金属钯、铂的富集率分别能达到99.08%、98.25%。
Abstract:Ammonia complexing slag is an intermediate material rich in platinum and palladium produced in the process of recovering precious metals from silver anode slime. It is an important secondary resource for extracting platinum group metals in nonferrous smelting industry. In view of the study on the treatment of ammonia complexing slag, it is proposed to use coke as reducing agent and PbO as trapping agent to achieve efficient enrichment of platinum group elements in ammonia complexing slag under high temperature with the assistance of slag forming agent. The effects of PbO ratio, reductant ratio, alkalinity, reduction temperature and reduction time on the collection rate of platinum group elements in ammonia complexing slag are investigated. The results show that under the optimal experimental conditions of the mass ration of PbO is 9%, the mass ration of reductant is 8%, the alkalinity is 1, the reduction time is 5h, and the reduction temperature is 1450℃, the enrichment rates of palladium and platinum can reach 99.08% and 98.25%,respectively.
