中文摘要: 通过考察蒸硒渣低酸浸铜,得出蒸硒渣中含有酸。在相同pH值的条件下,随着固液比的增大,浸出液中铜浓度逐渐增加,浸出渣含铜逐渐增高;随着浸出时间的延长,浸出液中铜浓度先逐渐增加随后减小,浸出渣含铜先逐渐降低随后增大。温度的选择受到补入的酸量的影响,补入相同的酸量条件下,浸出温度为85℃时,浸出渣含铜最低。随着酸量的增加,浸出液含铜逐渐增加,浸出渣含铜逐渐减小。较佳的酸浸条件为固液比50∶1,浸出时间6h,温度85℃,补酸41.6g/kg,得到浸出液含铜8.64g/L、含酸13.94g/L,浸出渣含铜1.21%。
Abstract:By investigating the low-acid copper leaching of the steamed selenium residue, it is concluded that the steamed selenium residue contains acid. Under the same pH value, as the solid-to-liquid ratio increases, the copper concentration in the leaching solution gradually increases, and the copper content of the leaching residue gradually increases; with the extension of the leaching time,the copper concentration in the leaching solution gradually increased and then decreased, and the copper content in the leaching residue gradually decreased and then increased. The choice of temperature is affected by the amount of added acid. Under the condition of the same amount of added acid, when the leaching temperature is 85℃, the leaching residue contains the lowest copper. As the amount of acid increases, the copper content in the leaching solution gradually increases, and the copper content in the leaching residue gradually decreases. The preferred acid leaching conditions are solid-liquid ratio 50∶1, leaching time 6h, temperature 85℃, and acid supplement 41.6g/kg. The obtained leaching solution contains 8.64 g/L copper, 13.94 g/L acid, and 1.21% copper in the leaching residue.
