中文摘要: 闪速炉余热锅炉(以下简称FFB)是闪速熔炼工艺的重要设备,其运行状况直接关系到闪速炉生产的稳定性。近年,FFB辐射部高温区域常发生腐蚀泄漏,因此,提高FFB高温区炉管的抗腐蚀性能很有必要。通过试验验证,找到了FFB炉管高温腐蚀机理以及引起炉管高温腐蚀的主要因素,并结合生产实际给出了有效的高温腐蚀防治措施。这些措施应用于生产实践后取得了良好效果,有力保障了FFB以及闪速炉生产的稳定顺行。

Abstract:The waste heat boiler of flash furnace is an important equipment in flash smelting process. Its operation status is directly related to the production stability of flash furnace production. In recent years, the corrosion leakage of FFB mostly occurs in the high temperature area of FFB radiation part. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the corrosion resistance of the furnace tubes in the high temperature area of FFB. Through the experiment, the high temperature corrosion mechanism of FFB and the main factors causing the corrosion of FFB tubes are found, and the effective high temperature corrosion prevention measures are given in combination with the production practice. These measures have been applied to production practice and achieved good results, which effectively guaranteed the stable and smooth production of FFB and flash furnace.
