中文摘要: 在液氨分银-水合肼沉银工艺的生产实践中,发现了氨气散排严重的问题,通过分析其原因,采取了一系列治理办法:取消液氨站,采用氨水代替液氨,对氨浸分银-水合肼沉银工艺实施全过程密封生产。治理办法的配套工程包括:改造1套全新的氨水制备系统,密封分银反应釜及沉银反应釜,增加1台过滤洗涤干燥一体机,对吸收塔进行以稀酸取代水吸收氨气的改造。优化改造工艺及配套设备投产后,能有效解决氨气散排问题,三年左右即可收回改造成本。
Abstract:Through the production practice of the liquid ammonia separation silver-hydrazine hydrate immersion silver process, the problems and causes of the ammonia dispersion and discharge were found and the treatment methods were analyzed: the liquid ammonia station was cancelled, the ammonia water was used instead of the liquid ammonia, and the ammonia leaching silver separation was selected. Hydrazine hydrate silver immersion process is sealed production in the whole process, it is necessary to build a new ammonia water preparation system, sealed silver separation reactor and immersion silver reactor, add a filter, washing and drying integrated machine, dilute acid instead of water to absorb ammonia absorption Tower transformation. After the optimization and transformation, and supporting equipment are put into operation, the problem of ammonia gas dispersion can be effectively solved, and the transformation cost can be recovered in about three years.
