中文摘要: 在从铜阳极泥中提取金(Au)的生产过程中,为了减少氯酸钠(NaClO3)试剂的用量、降低分金渣中的Au含量,对氯化分金过程中NaClO3的添加量、添加方式等进行了研究。结果表明,当NaClO3的添加量为理论值的1.8倍,并以1∶3的固液比溶 解后,在反应体系温度为55 ℃时,以110 min的时长匀速添加,再进行分金反应,得到的分金渣中的金含量可降低到60 g/t以下,NaClO3的用量可减少28%以上。
Abstract:In the process of gold extraction from copper anode slime, in order to reduce the dosage of sodium chlorate reagent and the gold content of gold separation slag, the addition amount and way of sodium chlorate in the process of chlorination and gold separation were studied. The results show that when the addition of sodium chlorate is 1.8 times of the theoretical value, the solid-liquid ratio is 1:3, the reaction system temperature is 55 ℃, and the addition time is 110 min, then the gold content in the gold separation slag can be reduced to below 60 g/t, and the amount of sodium chlorate can be reduced by more than 28%.
