Abstract:Two different spinning forming process parameters were designed to process Ф8×0.30×0.25-68 grooved pipe. The influence of the two process parameters on the grooved pipe forming tooth profile parameters was compared and analyzed, and the machining process of the grooved pipe was analyzed. The force of the middle thread core head is theoretically analyzed, and the relationship between the spinning forming process parameters and the forming tooth profile is discussed. The research results show that by increasing the spin ratio and the diameter of the steel ball, the grooved tube exhibits better machining performance and tooth profile, and at the same time, it solves the problem that the grooved tube is difficult to process due to the 0° helix angle.
