Abstract:In this paper, the recovery of copper from zinc roasted ore by different hydrometallurgy process is analyzes. It is found that the process with high copper recovery rate has different technical shortcomings. Referring to the production practice of improving copper recovery rate by conventional two-stage leaching carried out by domestic smelting enterprises, the leaching mechanism of copper, iron and silicon in zinc roasted ore is studied, and according to the mechanism, the conventional two-stage leaching is proposed to improve the process flow, and the experimental study is carried out according to the process flow, and the recovery rate of copper reached 76.41%.
