中文摘要: 华东某铜冶炼厂现有的侧吹炉烟气处理系统出现布袋收尘器入口温度过高,且排风机达到额定转速后,侧吹炉炉膛仍处于正压状态,侧吹炉出口管段和余热锅炉辐射部存在严重积尘等问题。通过采用实测法与单因素分析法,找到了适宜侧吹炉烟气处理系统的最佳运行条件,解决了上述问题,为同类型工艺避免出现或处置解决类似问题提供了参考和借鉴。
Abstract:In the existing flue gas treatment system of side blown furnace in a copper smelter of East China, the inlet temperature of bag dust collector is too high, and the side blown furnace is still under positive pressure after the exhaust fan reaches the rated speed. There are serious dust accumulation problems in the outlet pipe section of side blown furnace and the radiation part of the waste heat boiler. Through the actual measurement and single factor analysis, the suitable operation conditions of the flue gas treatment system of side blown furnace are found out, which can provide reference for solving other similar process problems.
