中文摘要: 采用不同温度对C42500铸锭进行加热保温,并对不同加热温度的铸锭进行热轧开坯轧制试验。从试验结果发现:当铸锭开坯温度高于960 ℃时,铸锭出现过烧现象,并在铸锭轧制中出现开轧碎裂、内部孔洞缺陷;当铸锭开坯温度在910~960 ℃时,铸锭出现过热现象,并在铸锭轧制后的热轧板表面出现起层、掉块、裂纹等缺陷,且板坯在后续退火过程中出现鼓泡缺陷;当铸锭开坯温度在860~910 ℃时,铸锭轧制正常,且轧制出的热轧板坯表面无缺陷,质量良好;当铸锭开坯温度小于860 ℃时,铸锭出现预热不充分现象,并在轧制前期出现热轧机卡停,铸锭轧不动的问题。研究表明, C42500合金铸锭的最佳热轧开坯温度区间为860~910 ℃,在此加热温度区间,热轧板坯及成品带材无质量缺陷问题,质量良好。
Abstract:The C42500 ingotswere heated and kept warm with different temperatures, and the hot rolling experiments on the ingots with different heating temperatures were carried out.The results show that when the ingot temperature is higher than 960 ℃, the ingot is overburnt with cracks and internal holes problem.When the ingot opening temperature is between 910 ℃ and 960 ℃, the ingot is overheated, after the ingot is rolled, the surface of hot rolled plate has defects such as stratification, block falling, crack and so on, and bubbling defects appeared during subsequent annealing.When the ingot opening temperature is between 860 ℃ and 910 ℃, the ingot is normal, the hot rolled slab surface has no defect, and the quality is good.When the ingot opening temperature is less than 860 ℃ without enough preheating, the hot rolling mill stops and the ingot couldn""t be rolled at the early rolling stage.It is proved that the optimal hot-rolling temperature range of C42500 alloy ingot is between 860 ℃ and 910 ℃. In this temperature range, the hot-rolling slab and finished strip have no quality defects and the quality is fine.
