中文摘要: 为适应巷道内一条直线段多点受矿,将1台整条皮带的皮带机一分为二,改为前后相互衔接的2台皮带机组成的皮带机组,消除了局部设备维修对全线生产流程的影响,提高了皮带机的工作效率。具体分析了改造中遇到的问题,并提供了切实可行的解决方案。

Abstract:In order to adapt the multi-position mining in a straight section of mine tunnel, a whole belt conveyor is divided into two parts, which is replaced by two belt conveyors connected to each other. It can reduce the impact of equipment maintenance and improve the working efficiency of the belt conveyor. The problems which encountered in the transformation are analyzed and feasible solutions are provided.
