中文摘要: 介绍了X型六辊可逆轧机工作特点及空气轴承式板形仪和板形控制系统,详细研究分析了高挠曲压延铜箔板形控制的主要影响因素。针对板形控制系统的主要控制模式及其应用特点,合理设置目标板形及控制参数并优化轧制工艺参数。同时,利用AFC File Player软件对主要工艺和板形控制参数的变化进行分析,既为优化工艺和改善板形提供科学的指导依据,也对高挠曲压延铜箔板形控制的研究奠定了良好的基础。
Abstract:The working characteristics of X-type six-roller reversible rolling mill and the air-bearing type shape meter and the plate shape control system are introduced, and the main influencing factors of the shape control for high-flexible rolled copper foil are studied and analyzed in detail. According to the main control mode and application characteristics of plate shape control system, the target shape and the control parameters are set reasonably, and the rolling process parameters are optimized. AFC File Player software is used to analyze the change of main process and shape control parameters, which provides scientific guidance for optimizing the process and improving the shape of copper foil, and a good foundation for the research on the shape control of high-flexible rolled copper foil is laid.
