中文摘要: 生箔机在生产过程中,超薄铜箔极易出现皱折现象,必须在辊面缠上胶带,才能消除皱折,稳定生产。铜箔皱折,会造成产量和成品率大幅下降,带来较大经济损失。针对这一行业普遍存在的痛点问题,本文分析了铜箔皱折的原因,并确定了设备缺陷这一主要因素。通过采取一系列改造措施,有效解决了铜箔皱折需缠胶带的难题,满足了超薄铜箔的生产要求,从而大大提高了铜箔生产的成品率,经济效益显著。
Abstract:In the production process of the crude foil machine, the ultra-thin copper foil is very easy to wrinkle. The roll surface must be wrapped with tape to eliminate wrinkling and stabilize production. The wrinkling of copper foil will result in a sharp drop in output and qualified rate of finished products, and bring about greater economic losses. In view of the common pain points in this industry, this paper analyzes the causes of copper foil wrinkling, and determines the main factor of equipment defects. By taking a series of transformation measures, the problem that the copper foil needs to be wrapped with adhesive tape is effectively solved, and the production requirements of ultra-thin copper foil are met, thus the finished products ratio of copper foil production is greatly improved with significant economic benefits.
