中文摘要: 根据某高岭土矿的开采技术条件和生产现状,对现有采矿工艺效率低、劳动强度大及引起地表部分区域沉降等问题进行剖析,结合国内类似矿山研究和实践成果,提出了上向进路充填法和下向进路充填法两种可行的采矿工艺。经技术和经济论证,选择了更安全、经济、高效的下向进路充填法。下向进路充填法自上而下分层回采、充填,进路尺寸为3.3 m×3.3 m,上、下相邻分层回采进路呈垂直布置,巷修机落矿,矿用卡车运输并卸载至盘区溜井。研究表明,采用下向进路充填工艺后,井下作业人员精简43.7%,单条进路生产效率提高了216%,回采率增加了14%。
Abstract:According to the mining technical conditions and production status of a kaolin mine, in order to analyze the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity, and subsidence of part of the surface caused by layered caving mining method in a kaolin mine, based on the research and practice results of similar mines in China, two feasible mining processes of upward drift filling method and downward drift filling method were proposed. After the technical and economic demonstration, the more safe, economical and efficient downward approach filling method was chosen. From the economic and technical point of view, the downward drift filling method is selected to be safer, more economical and more efficient. The downward drift filling method is used for layering and filling from top to bottom. The size of the drift is 3.3m×3.3m, and the upper and lower layered extraction drifts are vertically arranged. Ores are dumped by roadway repair machine, transported by mining truck and unloaded to stope chute. The research shows that after the downward drift filling method is adopted, the underground workers are streamlined by 43.7 %, the production efficiency of a single drift is increased by 216 %, and the recovery rate is increased by 14%.
