Abstract:In order to solve the drawbacks of high cost and severe scaling in the fluoride removal process of wastewater treatment, the feasibility of introducing two new fluoride removal reagents to replace existing ones was investigated by taking the industrial wastewater initially treated by a copper smelting enterprise as the research object. The effects of initial pH, reaction time, reaction temperature, stirring speed, amount of defluorination reagent A and amount of defluorination reagent B on the defluorination effect of industrial wastewater were explored through single factor conditional experiments. The research results showed that in 1 L industrial wastewater, the best defluoridation effect was achieved when the initial pH was 6.0, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, the reaction time was 20 min, the stirring speed was 300 r/min, the dosage of defluorination reagent A was 5 mL, and the dosage of defluorination reagent B was 25 mL. The fluorine content of the defluorinated solution did not exceed 10.0 mg/L, and the defluoridation rate was greater than 80%.
