中文摘要: 基夫赛特(Kivcet)工艺是一种现代炼铅技术,适用于规模较大的铅锌联合冶炼厂。文中概述了国内首座基夫赛特炉的工艺流程,并介绍了对此工艺在精矿干燥、物料输送、投料设备、自动化控制、炉体优化等方面的改进和优化措施,该工艺从国外引进到国内后,初步实现了绿色化、智能化、集成化的现代化工业目标。同时,通过对投运情况进行简要分析,对生产技术指标进行对比,证明基夫赛特工艺具有原料适应性强、运行稳定、金属回收率高、处理锌浸出渣成本低、生产安全环保等优点。
Abstract:The Kivcet process is a modern lead smelting technology suitable for large-scale lead-zinc smelting plants. The process flow of the first domestic Kivcet furnace is summarized and the improvement and optimization of this process in terms of ore drying, material transportation, feeding equipment, automation control and furnace body optimization are introduced, to achieve the goal of introducing this technology from abroad into a green, intelligent and integrated modern industry in China. At the same time, the operation status is briefly analyzed, and through comparison of production technical indicators, it is proved that the Kivcet process has the advantages of strong adaptability to raw materials, stable operation, high metal recovery rate, low cost of treating zinc leaching residue, production safety and environmental protection.
