中文摘要: 萤石提取后可以制备氟元素和各种氟的化合物,是一种战略非金属矿物。作为非金属矿物原材料,萤石工业用途十分广泛。中国萤石资源总体储量丰富,但资源禀赋差、品位低、性质复杂,多以伴生型萤石矿床为主,主要脉石矿物有石英、重晶石、碳酸钙等矿物。由于脉石矿物的物化性质与萤石矿相似,对萤石浮选提纯干扰较大,分离困难。本文总结了近年来伴生型萤石矿浮选分离的基础理论、工艺流程、药剂制度等方面的研究进展,总结了伴生萤石矿选矿研究的工艺、技术、药剂方面存在的问题和难点,并对伴生萤石矿选矿发展趋势进行了介绍。

Abstract:Fluorite can be extracted to prepare fluorine and various fluorine compounds. It is a strategic nonmetallic mineral. As a nonmetallic mineral raw material, fluorite is widely used in industry. The overall reserves of fluorite resources are rich in China, but with poor resource endowment, low grade and complex properties, most of them are associated fluorite deposits. The main gangue minerals are quartz, barite, calcium carbonate and other minerals. Because gangue minerals have similar physical and chemical properties to fluorite ore, the flotation purification of fluorite is greatly disturbed and the separation is difficult. This paper summarizes the research progress in recent years on the basic theory, process flow and reagent system of flotation separation of associated fluorite ore, summarizes the problems and difficulties in the process, technology and reagent research of associated fluorite ore beneficiation, and introduces the development trend of associated fluorite ore beneficiation.
