中文摘要: 非晶合金(metallic glass, MG)因其独特的短程有序、长程无序结构,具有许多优异的物理和化学特性。其中, Fe基非晶合金(Fe-based metallic glass, Fe-MG)由于优异的磁性能、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能,及其原材料成本低等优势,显示出巨大的应用前景和研究价值。近年来,研究者们致力于通过合金成分设计调控Fe-MG的结构,进而改变材料的变形行为与性能特征。研究发现, Cu元素的添加可以显著影响FeMG的理化性质和力学性能。通过深入分析Cu元素对传统Fe-MG、纳米晶合金和高熵MG结构和性能的不同影响,探讨Cu元素的添加对MG的弛豫行为、晶化行为、熔化和凝固行为、玻璃转变行为、玻璃形成能力、机械性能、磁性能与其他性能的作用机制,发现Cu元素的添加能够促进Fe-MG基体中α-Fe团簇的析出,从而改变材料的变形行为与性能特征。研究结果表明:有望通过成分设计来调控MG的变形行为,进而为实现性能优化提供理论指导和实验参考。
Abstract:Metallic glasses (MG) possess many excellent physical and chemical properties due to their unique short-range ordered and long-range disordered structures. Among them, Fe-based amorphous alloys exhibit attractive application prospects and research value due to their excellent magnetic properties, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and the advantages of low raw material costs. In recent years, researchers have been committed to regulate the structure of Fe-based metallic glasses through composition design, aiming to change the deformation behaviors and performance characteristics of materials, and it is found that the addition of Cu can significantly affect the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of Fe-based MG (Fe-MG). The mechanism of the effect of Cu content addition on the relaxation behavior, crystallization behavior, melting and solidification behavior, glass transition behavior, glass formability, mechanical properties, magnetic properties, and other properties of amorphous alloys was discussed through an in-depth analysis of the effects of Cu on Fe-MG with different structures. In the end, it was clarified that adding Cu could promote the precipitation of α-Fe clusters from the matrix in Fe-MG, changing the deformation behavior and performance characteristics of materials. The research results could provide a theoretical guidance and an experimental reference for improving the deformation behaviors of metallic glasses and optimizing their properties through component fine tuning.
