中文摘要: 在生产电气化铁路专用 27.5 kV电缆时,绝缘线芯的制备起着至关重要的作用。本文首先研究了高绝缘偏心对绝缘热延伸性能的影响,明确了过高的绝缘偏心会造成同一绝缘线芯不同位置热延伸性能不一致。通过配有进口端热处理系统(EHT)和搓线机的35 kV悬链式中压生产线连续生产了1 mm × 400 mm铁路专用27.5 kV电缆绝缘线芯,结合在线测偏仪和数字影像式精密测量仪对样品(离线取切片样)进行测量,结果可知,制备出的线芯绝缘偏心度≤6%,优于GB/T 28427—2012产品标准中关于绝缘偏心度的规定。在交联工艺过程中,随着交联管道整体温度的提升,线芯绝缘层的凝胶含量和热延伸性能先增加后降低,主要原因是管道整体温度升高40 ℃时,绝缘层发生了过交联。因此交联管道各温区最佳温度为480-420-380-360-340-320 ℃。为了验证经交联工艺处理后绝缘线芯各项性能的均匀性,对随机选取的5个样品进行了性能分析。结果显示,绝缘层凝胶含量、热延伸性能和拉伸性能较为均匀,表明整根绝缘线芯的交联程度相近。
Abstract:The preparation of insulated core plays a crucial role in the production of 27.5 kV cable for electrification railway. The influence of high insulation eccentricity on thermal extensibility of insulation was investigated. The results showed that the high insulation eccentricity caused the thermal extensibility of the same insulation core to be inconsistent at difference positions. The insulated core of 27.5 kV cable (1 mm×400 mm) was continuously produced via 35 kV catenary medium voltage production line equipped with EHT and wire twisting machine. Combined with the monitoring results of the on-line deviation measuring instrument and that of the sampling (offline slicing sample) with the digital image-type precision measuring instrument, the insulation eccentricity was less than 6%, which is better than that of GB/T 28427—2012 standard. During the cross-linking process, the gel content and thermal extensibility of insulation increased at the first and then decreased with the increasing of the overall temperature of cross-linking pipeline. This phenomenon might be attributed to the over-crosslinking of insulated core when the temperature of pipeline was up to 40 ℃. Therefore, the optimal temperature parameters of each temperature zone of the cross-linking pipeline was chosen as 480-420-380-360-340-320 ℃. The five samples were randomly selected to verify the uniformity of various properties of insulated core after the cross-linking process. The analysis results showed that the gel content, thermal extensibility and tensile properties of insulation are relatively uniform, indicating that the cross-linking degree of whole insulated wire is similar.
