中文摘要: 新建矿山的生产规模直接关联企业经济效益。根据某超深钨铜矿的矿体赋存情况和开采技术条件,首先采用了可布置盘区数和泰勒公式两种计算方法,得出了预估的生产能力值;其次分别从合理的服务年限、年下降速度以及新中段准备时间三个方面,确定了该矿建设规模的合理性。综合考虑以上因素,确定了在当前的开采技术条件下,建设30000 t/d规模的钨铜矿可以满足预期生产建设需求,并在合理的服务年限内保持稳定运营,研究方法可为同类型矿山设计提供参考。
Abstract:The production scale of a newly built mine is directly related to the economic benefit of the enterprise. According to the occurrence of ore body and mining technical conditions of a super deep tungsten-copper mine, the estimated production capacity is obtained by using two calculation methods: the number of layout plates and Taylor formula. Secondly, the reasonableness of the mine construction scale is determined from three aspects: reasonable service life, annual decline rate and new middle section preparation time. Taking the above factors into consideration, it is determined that under the current mining technology conditions, the construction of 30000 t/d scale tungsten-copper mine can meet the expected production and construction needs, and maintain stable operation within a reasonable service life. The research method can provide reference for the design of similar types of mines.
