中文摘要: 综合对比了 5种目前常用的铜板带材综合成材率的计算方法,包括阶段成材组合法、产成品计算法、计算盘点法、单卷算术平均法、成品跟踪计算法。分析认为计算盘点法数据统计及计算简单,准确性高,受其他因素影响较小,可用于当月或更长时期的成材率计算;单卷算术平均法可用于周成材率计算,仅需要对每日成材率进行汇总,计算简单,且指导生产意义更大。阐述分析了卷重大小、断带、轧机头尾料、裂边切边、熔铸铣面及分切损失等因素对成材率的影响,指出了在实际生产中针对各影响因素需要重点关注的细节。分析总结了提高成材率的相关措施,以减少产品过程损耗,提高产品成材率。
Abstract:This paper comprehensively compares five common calculation methods on comprehensive yield rate of copper strip, including phased yield combination method, finished product calculation method, calculation inventory method, single volume arithmetic mean method, and finished product tracking calculation method. Through analysis, the calculation inventory method is relatively simple in statistical calculation, high in accuracy, less affected by other factors, and can be used for the calculation of yield in the current month or longer period. The single roll arithmetic average method can be used to calculate the weekly yield rate. It only needs to summarize the daily yield rate. The calculation is simple and has greater significance in guiding production. In addition, this article elaborates and analyzes the impact of coil weight, strip breakage, mill head and tailing, edge cracking and trimming, melt casting and milling surface, and cutting loss on the yield rate. In practical production, it is necessary to pay special attention to them, and analyze and summarize improvement measures to reduce product process loss and improve product yield rate.
