中文摘要: 随着激光技术的快速发展,声光器件在激光领域的应用逐步延伸,特别是在信号处理、时频转换等领域具有重要且不可替代的应用场景。TeO2声光晶体因其优异的声光特性,常被作为声光器件的核心元件。本文首先概述了声光衍射的基本概念及声光作用原理,包括拉曼-奈斯(Raman-Nath)衍射和布拉格(Bragg)衍射,其次介绍TeO2晶体结构、晶体生长工艺、缺陷分析及性能测试,然后介绍声光器件结构组成、核心元件制备工艺及目前典型的商业化声光器件产品,最后展望了TeO2声光晶体及其声光器件的应用前景。

Abstract:With the fast development of laser technology, the applications of TeO2 crystals and their devices are continuously expanded, such as signal processing, time-frequency conversion, spectrum analysis and other fields. TeO2 crystal has excellent acousto-optic properties and it is widely used in the production of various acousto-optic devices. In this paper, the basic concepts and principles of acousto-optic diffraction are firstly summarized, including Raman-Nath diffraction and Bragg diffraction. Secondly, the crystal structure, crystal preparation process, defect analysis and performance testing of TeO2 crystal are summarized. Then the structure of acousto-optic device, the preparation process of core component, and the typical commercial acousto-optic device products are introduced. In the end, the application prospect and prospect of TeO2 crystal and acousto-optic device are prospected.
