中文摘要: 高丰度、低成本的稀土元素La和Ce被大量闲置,若用于部分替代烧结钕铁硼中的稀土元素Pr和Nd,既经济,又环保。采用双主相合金法制备了高丰度稀土元素La, Ce占磁体中总稀土含量不同比例(LaCe/Re)的烧结钕铁硼永磁体,并对磁体的磁性能和微观结构进行了研究。结果表明,随着磁体中LaCe/Re占比的增加,最优的烧结温度缓慢降低,有更多的La, Ce元素进入磁体主相晶胞,同时磁体主相晶胞内La, Ce, Pr, Nd元素分布均质化,导致磁体不存在双主相结构特征或者核-壳结构; LaCe/Re占比的增加对磁体磁性能有显著的恶化作用,剩磁、方形度和最大磁能积整体呈现逐渐下降的趋势。
Abstract:The rare earth La, Ce with high abundance and low cost are idle in large quantities, and using them to partially replace the rare earth Pr, Nd in sintered Nd-Fe-B is undoubtedly an economical and environmentally friendly technical route. In this paper, sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets with high abundant rare earth La, Ce accounting for different proportions of total rare earth content (LaCe/Re) in magnets have been prepared by double main phase alloy method, and the magnetic properties and microstructure of the magnets have been studied. It is shown that the optimal sintering temperature slowly decreases with increasing LaCe / Re content in the magnet, more La, Ce enter the main phase of the magnet, and the distribution of La, Ce, Pr and Nd in the main phase of the magnet is relatively homogeneous, resulting in the absence of double main phase structure features or core-shell structure of the magnet; The increase of LaCe/Re ratio has a significant deterioration effect on the magnetic properties of magnets, and the remanence, squareness and maximum magnetic energy product of magnets show a gradually decreasing trend on the whole.
