某矿细粒级全尾砂充填材料性能研究及配比优化

中文摘要: 为了确定某矿细粒级全尾砂充填的最佳工艺参数,进行了充填试验研究。试验过程中,分别开展了细粒级全尾砂物理化学性质试验、流动性试验、流变试验及充填体强度试验,获得了符合该矿的最佳充填配比参数。研究结果表明:当料浆浓度为68%时,料浆泌水率较低,且流动性和充填强度可以满足矿山充填要求;当胶凝材料为水泥时,一步骤充填推荐砂灰比为4∶1,二步骤充填推荐砂灰比为8∶1;当胶凝材料为细尾砂专用胶材时,一步骤充填推荐推荐砂灰比为8∶1,二步骤充填推荐砂灰比为12∶1。
Abstract:In order to determine the optimal process parameters for fine-grade full tailings in a certain mine, filling experiments were conducted. Physical and chemical property tests, flow tests, rheological tests, and filling body strength tests were carried out to obtain the optimal filling ratio parameters for the mine. The experimental results show that when the slurry concentration is 68%, the slurry bleeding rate is low, and the flowability and filling strength can meet the requirements of mine filling. When the cementitious material is cement, the recommended sand-ash ratio for one-step filling is 4∶1, and for two-step filling is 8∶1. When the cementitious material is a special adhesive for fine tailings, the recommended sand-ash ratio for one-step filling is 8∶1, and for two-step filling is 12∶1.
