中文摘要: 针对矿山计量检测管理中存在的业务分割、系统封闭、数据孤立等问题,开展多源异构数据采集、数据标准化处理、样品信息加密、多源数据融合等关键技术研究,开发“两衡一秤”(汽车衡、轨道衡和皮带秤)无人值守计量管理系统、实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)和数智质控管理平台,实现了计量检测业务标准化、智能化管理,对矿山计量检测数智化应用进行了有益探索。
Abstract:In view of the problems such as business segmentation, system closure, and data isolation in mine measurement and detection management, research on key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data collection, data standardization processing, sample information encryption, and multi-source data fusion have been carried out. The "automobile scale, rail scale and belt scale" unattended measurement management system, laboratory information management system (LIMS) and intelligent quality control management platform have been developed. The standardization and intelligent management of measurement and testing business has been realized. It is a beneficial exploration for the intelligent application research of mine measurement and detection.
