中文摘要: 智能制造赋能产业发展是全球各国重要的发展战略。在这一背景下,信息物理系统(CPS)和数字孪生(DT)等数字化技术在加工制造领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,包括铜以及铜合金制备与加工在内的有色金属制造业,存在品种多、规模小、布局散等行业特点。其智能制造的发展缺乏顶层设计,材料及加工信息流通不畅,数字化技术应用不足,产品设计、生产、加工、监测等领域的工业化软件对外依赖严重。为破解行业智能化发展的瓶颈,本文以精密铜管材的智能制造为例,对近两年来铜管铸轧工艺的智能化工作进行了梳理,主要从数字化技术应用的角度,阐述了基于大数据处理的组织均匀性研究、借助大数据分析的连铸模具失效研究、基于有限差分的连铸温度场计算系统、基于机器学习的连铸工艺优化、基于人工智能算法的界面换热计算等方面的研究进展,介绍了数字化技术在精密铜管材制造中的应用,尤其是在水平连铸工序的应用,可为后续智能化的基础设计及应用提供思路与借鉴。
Abstract:The intelligent manufacturing can solve the bottleneck problems in various industries which has been treated as the main development strategy of China, Germany, and the United States. In this background, information physical systems (CPS) and digital twins (DT) as high-end application modes of the digital technology have played or are playing an increasingly important role in the field of manufacturing. However, many non-ferrous metal preparation and processing industries which include the copper and copper alloy preparation and processing have many characteristics such as diverse varieties, small scale, and scattered distribution. These characters trigger many bottleneck problems such as lack of top-level design in intelligent manufacturing, lack of material and processing information, obvious insufficient application of digital technology, and severe dependence on industrial software for product design, production, and processing monitoring when the intelligent manufacturing developed. The reasonable application of digital technology in the manufacturing industry can solve the above problems. Taking the beginning and development of intelligent manufacturing of precision copper tubes as an example, this article briefly introduces the relevant work carried out by the research team in the intelligence of copper tube casting and rolling process in the past two years. From the perspective of the application of digital technology in intelligent manufacturing of copper tubes, it mainly elaborates on the research progress of microstructure uniformity based on big data processing, the research of the horizontal continuous casting mold failure based on big data analysis, the temperature field calculation system of the horizontal continuous casting based on finite difference method, the optimization of the continuous casting process based on machine learning, and interface heat transfer calculation based on artificial intelligence algorithms. The application of digital technology in precision copper tube manufacturing, especially in the horizontal continuous casting process, introduced in this article will serve as the foundation for the intelligent manufacturing of the copper tube casting and rolling process, and can also provide direction and ideas for subsequent intelligent foundation and application research.
