基于子空间辨识的渣浆泵故障诊断方法研究

中文摘要: 渣浆泵是选矿生产中常用的矿浆输送设备,一般难以实现在线诊断故障,选矿厂通常以备用渣浆泵作为避障手段。针对上述问题提出一种基于子空间辨识技术的渣浆泵故障诊断方法,利用流程在线数据建立一个子空间辨识模型,实现在线故障诊断功能。试验结果表明,该方法可以诊断出仪表故障和渣浆泵矿口堵塞故障。在实际工业应用中,该方法可实现渣浆泵的实时监测和故障诊断,有效提高了工业生产的稳定性,也为其他设备的故障诊断方法提供了参考性的技术方案。
Abstract:Slurry pump is a commonly used slurry conveying equipment in mineral processing production. Its online fault diagnosis is generally difficult. The concentrator often sets standby slurry pump as a means to avoid obstacles. A fault diagnosis method of slurry pump based on subspace identification technology is proposed. A subspace identification model is established by using on-line process data to realize fault diagnosis function. The test results showed that the method could diagnose the failure of instrument and the blockage of slurry pump feed port. In practical industrial application, this method could realize real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of slurry pump, and could effectively improve the efficiency and stability of mineral processing production. At the same time, this method could provide technical reference for other equipment fault diagnosis.
