中文摘要: 江西德兴某矿山外排水镉含量符合国家规定的排放标准(即≤0.02 mg/L),为寻求深度除镉技术,以确保外排水Cd2+质量浓度达到地表水Ⅲ类标准(≤0.005 mg/L),以酸性水处理厂的废水作为研究对象,开展了不同技术方案对比实验,并就其中处理效果较好的方法开展工业试验研究。试验表明:药剂YS具有很好的深度除镉效果,加入该药剂处理后,外排水中Cd2+质量浓度可降至0.005 mg/L,新增废水处理运行成本为0.288元/m3,较生物制剂法废水处理运行成本(1元/m3)有较大幅度降低。同时,针对该酸性水处理厂用地紧张的现状并结合各构筑物单元分布情况,提出了相关改造方案。方案利用酸性水处理厂现有设施作为沉镉反应池与沉淀池,只需新增1套加药设施。目前,该技术已实现了工业化长效运行,取得了较好的深度除镉效果,外排水Cd2+质量浓度持续稳定控制在0.001~0.005 mg/L。
Abstract:The existing neutralization method of acid mine drainage treatment of a mine for cadmium could reach the standard requirement, but a depth removal technology is required to ensure that mass concentration of Cd2+ in the wastewater is reduced to below 0.005 mg/L. This article studies the treatment on cadmium-containing wastewater by different chemical precipitation methods, and the industrial experiments were conducted. The results indicated that: the depth removal effect of YS for cadmium was the best, with which mass concentrations of Cd2+ in the effluent were below 0. 005 mg/L. Compared with the similar domestic technologies, the cost was 0.288 Chinese Yuan per ton. At present, this technology has been in industrial operation for 10 months in this mine, and the mass concentration of Cd2+ remains stable between 0.001-0.005 mg/L.
