中文摘要: 铜加工产品的脱碳是有色金属行业、矿业、工业共同关注的问题。中国铜需求量稳步提升,铜业碳达峰时间节点滞后,面临巨大的减排压力。为全面量化铜产业温室气体排放量,介绍了铜加工产品碳足迹的评价体系和国内外的研究差异,采用全生命周期法,展开了铜加工产品碳足迹评价的应用流程,将产业链划分为上游与核心环节,以及原辅料生产、运输、生产加工3个阶段,计算了铜铬电触头与铜质水泵碳足迹,分别为1.146 kg CO2 e/片、8.526 kg CO2 e/kg。研究表明,绝大部分碳排放(>70%)源自原辅料生产,运输环节对总体碳排放量的贡献(<0.15%)可忽略不计。此外,还阐述了铜加工产品碳足迹的影响因素、面临的挑战和实现低碳排放的建议,对铜加工行业可持续发展具有一定参考意义。
Abstract:The decarbonization of copper-processed products has emerged as a critical agenda across the non-ferrous metals, mining, and industrial sectors. Amidst China′s steadily escalating copper demand, the copper industry confronts substantial pressure to mitigate emissions, lagging behind the carbon peaking timeline. To comprehensively assess the greenhouse gas emissions within the copper industry chain, this paper introduces the evaluation system of the carbon footprint of copper products and the research differences at home and abroad, employing a life cycle assessment methodology, unfolds the application process of the carbon footprint evaluation of copper processed products, identifies the industry chain upstream and core links, 3 stages of raw and auxiliary materials, along with their transportation, manufacturing, and subsequent processing stages, and calculates the carbon footprint of the copper-chromium electrical contacts and copper water pumps to be 1.146 kg CO2 e/ piece and 8.526 kg CO2 e/ kg, respectively. The study shows that over 70% of carbon emissions are attributed primarily to the manufacturing of raw and auxiliary materials, and the contribution of transport to the overall carbon emissions (<0.15%) is found to be negligible. The paper also describes the influencing factors, challenges and low carbon recommendations for the carbon footprint of copper processing products, which are important for sustainable development.
