中文摘要: 高纯铟具有独特的半导体属性,在液晶显示、半导体、光伏等领域发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。随着电子信息技术及相关器件的迅速发展,高纯铟的市场需求不断增加,并对提纯技术提出了愈加严格的要求。本文综述了高纯铟的应用领域及其物理提纯技术的研究进展,详细探讨了真空蒸馏法、区域熔炼法和定向结晶法等物理提纯技术在高纯铟制备中的应用。最后,基于当前高纯铟提纯技术的发展现状,提出了未来的发展方向,包括提升智能化渗透率、提高工艺链整合度和进一步深化多模态、多场条件下理论体系的构建。
Abstract:High-purity indium plays an indispensable role in the display, semiconductor, and photovoltaic industries due to its unique semiconductor properties. With the rapid advancement of electronic information technology and related devices, the demand for high-purity indium has been steadily increasing, thereby imposing increasingly stringent requirements on its purification technologies. This paper reviews the application fields of high-purity indium and the research progress in its physical purification technologies. The applications of physical purification techniques such as vacuum distillation, zone refining, and directional solidification in the preparation of high-purity indium are discussed in detail. Finally, based on the current state of development, the paper proposes future directions for high-purity indium purification technologies, including enhancing the penetration of intelligent systems, improving the integration of process chains, and further deepening the construction of theoretical frameworks under multi-modal and multi-variable conditions.
