中文摘要: 作为金属镓资源大国,中国在全球稀散金属产业中扮演着重要角色,并已具备高纯镓生产能力,但金属镓的高纯化工艺开发与发达国家间依然存在较大差距,严重制约了相关战略性新兴产业的发展。目前,大量的高纯镓及其化合物材料仍需依赖进口,阻碍了下一代先进材料与器件的自主可控。在世界经济一体化和科技高速发展环境下,发展新质生产力,加强科技创新投入,开发附加值高、应用领域广的金属镓高纯化技术,进一步拓展金属镓及其化合物产业链应用,对提升中国在高端材料产业的国际竞争力尤为重要。本文在概述金属镓研究背景和纯度要求的基础上,从电解精炼、真空蒸馏、结晶提纯及多步联合技术等方面归纳了稀散金属镓的高纯化策略及研究成果,并对未来高纯镓的发展应用及产业化创新进行了展望。
Abstract:Gallium (Ga) plays an important role in the development of global scattered metal industry. There is still a big gap between China and developed countries in the high purification processes of Ga elements, although China has the ability to produce high-purity Ga. A large number of high-purity Ga and its compounds rely on imports, which seriously restricts the development of emerging industries related with Ga and hinders the independent control of the next generation of advanced materials and devices. Under world economic integration and quick development of science and technology, enhancement of high purification technology and expand of practice application are especially important for valuable Ga by developing new quality productivity and strengthening investment in scientific and technological innovation, further improving the international competitiveness of our country in the advanced materials industry. Based on the overview of research background and purity requirement, this paper summarizes the strategy and research results of high purification of Ga from multiple technological levels, including electrolytic refining, vacuum distillation, crystallization purification as well as multi-step combination, and looks forward to the future development of high-purity Ga applications and industrialization innovation.
