中文摘要: 在异型铜带清洗过程中,优化表面质量对提升产品性能和满足后续工艺要求至关重要。本研究通过响应曲面法优化清洗速度、刷辊转速和刷辊目数3个关键因素,以表面粗糙度(Ra)和光泽度(GU)为评价和预测指标。实验采用Box-Behnken设计,通过方差分析和残差概率分布评估各因素的影响。结果显示,当清洗速度为20 m/min、刷辊转速为1500 r/min、刷辊目数为2000目时,铜带表面粗糙度Ra降至0.155 μm、光泽度达到GU 186,实现了哑光效果。该方法有效提升了异型铜带的表面质量,具有工业应用潜力。
Abstract:Optimizing surface quality during the cleaning process of shaped copper strips is critical to improve product performance and meet subsequent process requirements. In this study, three key factors were optimized by the response surface method: cleaning speed, brush roll speed and brush roll mesh. Surface roughness (Ra) and gloss (GU) were used as evaluation and prediction indicators. The Box-Behnken design was used to evaluate influence of factors through analysis of variance and residual probability distribution. The results showed that when cleaning speed was 20 m/min, brush roll speed was 1500 r/min, and the number of brush rolls was 2000 mesh, surface roughness of copper strip was reduced to 0.155 μm, and the gloss reached GU 186, which achieved a matte effect. This method effectively improved surface quality of special-shaped copper strips, and had the potential for industrial application.
