废旧电子级铜线中杂质组元赋存状态解析及去除研究

中文摘要: 以废旧电子级脱漆铜线为研究对象,通过电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP)、 X 射线衍射(XRD)、 X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段,对再生铜线中杂质组元的赋存状态进行解析,在此基础上,采用不同方法和工艺对样品中的杂质组分进行脱除试验研究。结果表明:废旧漆包线经真空高温分解预处理后,得到脱漆铜材,经检测发现铜线表层含有C, Si, S, Ca, Al, Ni等杂质元素,杂质种类较多,但含量相对不高,且铜线表面氧化。使用擦洗和超声清洗联合工艺可有效降低铜线中C杂质的含量, C脱除率可以超过90%,使用质量浓度为5%硫酸对脱碳后的铜线进行酸洗,酸洗时间为30 min,可有效降低铜表层杂质元素的含量,经过擦洗—超声清洗—酸洗—水洗工艺后,最终可得到纯度为99.95%的再生铜线。该方法既可以低成本分离杂质,还可以高效回收相对高纯度的再生铜,对脱漆铜线的资源化利用具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:The analysis and of impurity components in waste electronic grade copper wire is investigated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and so on. On this basis, different methods and processes were used to remove the impurities in the sample. The results showed that the surface of waste electronic copper wire was slightly oxidized and contained impurities such as C, Si, S, Ca, Al, Ni, etc. after vacuum hightemperature decomposition pretreatment. There were many kinds of impurities, but the content was relatively low. The combined process of scrubbing and ultrasonic cleaning could effectively reduce the content of C impurities in the copper wire. The removal rate of C could reach more than 90%. Then, the sample was subjected to 30 min of acid washing with 5% concentration sulfuric acid, which could effectively reduce the content of impurities in the copper surface. Finally, after scrubbing ultrasonic acid washing water washing process, a regenerated copper wire with a purity of 99.95% could be obtained. This method could separate impurities at low cost and efficiently recover high-purity regenerated copper, which was of great significance for the resource utilization of unpainted copper wire.
