中文摘要: 锡磷青铜铸坯在生产过程中易发生反偏析现象,并在铸坯内部形成孔洞类缺陷。这些缺陷在后续冷轧过程中被压溃并逐渐转移到表层,形成起皮、分层等缺陷,严重影响锡磷青铜带材表面质量。针对此问题,本文采用预置孔洞的方式模拟铸造缺陷,以研究“预轧—退火”工艺对促进孔洞缺陷愈合的可行性。采用光学金相(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等方法详细分析了工艺过程中孔洞演变规律,结果发现,通过引入再结晶过程,可有效实现孔洞的愈合,并可根据再结晶形核位置与孔洞闭合界面的关系分为3种愈合形式。本研究可为工业化生产提供参考与借鉴。
Abstract:Tin-phosphor bronze cast billets are prone to anti-segregation phenomena during production, and internal holes-type defects may form. These defects in the subsequent cold rolling process are crushed and gradually transferred to the surface layer. The formation of peeling, delamination, and other defects seriously affect the surface quality of the tin-phosphor bronze strip. Given this problem, this paper adopted prefabricated holes to simulate casting defects. To study the "pre-roll-annealing" process to promote the feasibility of the healing of the hole defects, optical metallography (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD) and other methods were used to analyze the evolution of the holes during processing, It was found that the introduction of the recrystallization process can be effective in achieving the healing of the holes, which was classified into three kinds of healing forms according to the relationship between the position of recrystallized nuclei and the interface of hole closure. The research work presented in this paper can provide a reference for industrial production.
