中文摘要: 铜冶炼行业作为国民经济和国防军工的重要支撑产业,正面临环保政策严、原料贫杂化、行业竞争加剧等挑战,传统生产模式难以满足高质量发展需求。数字化转型可提升铜冶炼智能化水平、保障生产稳定高效,是行业提质增效的必由之路。然而,中国铜冶炼行业在数字化转型过程中仍面临生产过程信息匮乏、复杂工艺建模难、多工序目标之间存在冲突等问题。针对这些挑战,本文梳理了铜冶炼过程参数精准感知、跨域异构数据融合、装备智能运行控制、全流程协同优化、虚实交互平台开发等数字化转型的关键技术,并展望了新一代人工智能与信息技术在铜冶炼行业的应用前景,为实现铜冶炼关键装备稳定运行、供应链-物质流-生产链高效协同、全流程绿色高质量生产的目标提供了参考。
Abstract:As an important supporting industry for the national economy, national defense and military industry, the copper smelting industry is facing challenges such as stringent environmental protection policies, poor and complex raw materials, and intensifying industry competition. The traditional production mode is difficult to meet the needs of high-quality development. Digital transformation can enhance the intelligent level of copper smelting and ensure stable and efficient production, which has become the only way to improve the quality and efficiency of the industry. However, during the digital transformation process, China‘s copper smelting industry still faces problems such as lack of production process information, difficulties in complex process modeling, and conflicts among multi-process goals. In response to these challenges, this paper revealed the key technologies for digital transformation, including accurate parameter sensing in the copper smelting process, cross-domain heterogeneous data fusion, intelligent operation control of equipment, full-process collaborative optimization, and development of virtual-real interaction platforms. It also looked ahead to the application prospects of the new generation of artificial intelligence and information technology in the copper smelting industry, providing a reference for achieving the goals of stable operation of key copper smelting equipment, efficient collaboration of supply chain-material flow-production chain, and environmentally-friendly high-quality production throughout the process.
