中文摘要: 矿石样品中铜物相的准确分析对于制定选冶工艺方案、实现铜资源综合利用具有重要意义。本研究旨在解决准确浸取和测定矿石中铜物相的组成及含量问题,以及传统方法(氰化钠、 氨水浸取法等)难以有效浸取铜品位较低且铁含量较高的矿石中各种铜物相问题。首先,尝试在不同浸出条件下对各种铜物相进行浸取,逐步确定水溶性硫酸铜相、自由氧化铜相、结合氧化铜相、次生硫化铜相的浸出条件,以及原生硫化铜相的浸取和测试条件。其次,通过对铜物相的分析流程进行研究,选择合适的浸取液和浸取条件,分离各相后使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行测定。多次试验结果证明,本研究成果测试精度高(RSD<1%,n=3),能够准确测定矿石中各种铜物相的铜含量,测得的样品中各种铜物相的含铜合量与样品中铜元素的总含量相近,且过程重现性良好。

Abstract:The accurate phase analysis of copper in ore samples is of significant importance for formulating beneficiation and metallurgical process schemes, as well as for the comprehensive utilization of copper resources. To accurately leach and determine the composition and content of copper phases in ores, this study attempted to leach each copper phase under different conditions. The aim was to gradually determine the leaching conditions for the cupric sulfate phase, the copper (II) oxide phase, as well as the leaching and testing conditions for the copper (I) sulfide phase. The traditional methods are ineffective in leaching the various copper phases from the low copper grades and high iron content. This study investigated the analysis process of copper phases, and selected appropriate leaching solutions and conditions. After separating each phase, the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used for the determination. This method showed accurate determination of the copper content of each copper phase. The sum of the copper content from each phase was close to the total copper content, with good reproducibility and high precision (RSD<1%, n=3).
