Abstract:This article introduces the application of Outotec fast-opening membrane filter press on copper concentrate filtration in a plant, and compares it with APN filter press in terms of process index, equipment capability, materials, power consumption, etc. This shows that the Outotec FFP diaphragm filter press has the advantages of high efficiency, excellent the water rate of copper concentrate filtration, high degree of automation, reliable equipment performance and low failure rate. At the same time, it can save production costs,reduce labor intensity of workers, optimize the allocation of human resources, keep the work site clean and tidy, and conform to the current theme of green mine construction.
