中文摘要: 泗洲选矿厂对浮选系统进行升级改造后,实现了生产的大型化、自动化、智能化。同时随着浮选设备的长久运行后也暴露出了部分缺陷,制约着设备的性能发挥和生产指标。浮选柱在长时间运行后,部分较大的粗颗粒矿浆会沉积在浮选柱底部,造成底流管堵塞,生产系统自动调节异常,给生产操作带来不便,直接影响浮选指标。为此我厂通过技术攻关对浮选柱底流系统进行了优化和改进,使浮选柱的生产应用性能得到了很大的提升,稳定了我厂的生产作业和生产指标,浮选性能的操控性效果非常显著[4]

Abstract:After upgrading and reforming the flotation system, Sizhou concentrator has realized large-scale, automatic and intelligent production. At the same time, some defects were exposed after the flotation equipment had been running for a long time, which restricted the performance and production indexes of the equipment. After the flotation column was operated for a long time, some large coarse grain slurry was deposited at the bottom of the flotation column, resulting in the blockage of the bottom flow tube and the abnormal automatic regulation of the production system, which brought inconvenience to the production operation and directly affected the flotation index.Therefore, the bottom flow system of flotation column has been optimized and improved, and the production and application performance of flotation column has been greatly improved, the production operation and production index of our plant have been stabilized, and the controlling effect of flotation performance is very remarkable[4].
