中文摘要: 通过旋流电积技术从碲电积液中直接电碲的工业试验研究,得出在最佳电流密度 150 A/m2 的条件下,电流效率为 97.1 %,电极板单位面积碲产出率为 5.04 kg/(m2·d),电能消耗为 2699.5 kWh/(t·Te),浇铸后的产品符合 YS/T 222-2010 中 Te9999 的要求。在工业化应用过程中,仍需要增加电积液过滤设施。证明旋流电积技术能够经济有效的从电积出产品碲,效率高、单位面积碲产出率大、操作简单,具有可行性。
Abstract:Through the industrial experiment of direct electrotellurium from tellurium electrodeposition by swirling electrodeposition technology, it is concluded that the current efficiency is 97.1% at an optimum current density of 150 A/m2, the output per unit area of the electrode plate is 5.04 kg/(m2·d), and the power consumption is 2699.5 kWh/(t·Te), the cast product meets the requirements of Te9999 in YS / T 222-2010. In the industrial application process, it is still necessary to increase the electro-hydraulic filtration facility.It is proved that the swirling electrodeposition technology can produce tellurium from electrodeposition economically and effectively, with high efficiency, large yield per unit area, simple operation and feasibility.
