中文摘要: 根据再生铜生产的烟气特点,选择布袋除尘器进行烟气净化是较为合理的选择。阐述了布袋滤料的耐温能力对烟温上限的影响、烟气露点对烟温下限的影响,以及烟温上限、烟温下限的确定方法。提出要保障布袋除尘器的正常运行,需将“降低烟温”改为“控制烟温”。介绍了烟温控制的设计、实践中遇到的问题及解决的措施,提出了改进方向。
Abstract:According to the characteristics of flue gas by reclaimed copper, it is a reasonable choice to select bag filter for flue gas purification. The influence of temperature resistance of bag filter material on upper limit of smoke temperature, the influence of flue gas dew point on lower limit of smoke temperature, and the determination method of upper limit of smoke temperature and lower limit of smoke temperature are described. In order to ensure the normal operation of bag filter, it is necessary to change "reducing smoke temperature" to "controlling smoke temperature". This paper introduces the design of smoke temperature control, the problems encountered in practice and the measures to solve them, and puts forward the improvement direction.
