Abstract:This paper analyzes the factors that affect the high single weight deviation of thin copper sheet. In the process of electrolysis of a series of plates in Guixi Smelter, measures such as strengthening process inspection, timely repairing conductive rod, leveling titanium plate and optimizing marking method were taken to effectively reduce the single standard deviation of thin copper plates in this process. The single standard deviation reduced from 0.49 to 0.44.
