中文摘要: 在信息化、智能化发展的趋势下,城门山铜矿着手推进智能化矿山建设。而该矿的各泵站还处于传统的人工控制的方式实现泵站的运行,该方式人工成本高,运行效率低。通过介绍基于 S7-1200 的泵站控制系统的方案设计、硬件设计以及软件设计,来实现各泵站的自动化、智能化。泵站控制系统的应用提高了泵站的自动化水平,同时提高了泵站整体的运行效率。
Abstract:Under the trend of informationization and intellectualization, Chengmenshan Copper Mine has started to promote the construction of intellectualized mines. The pumping stations in this mine are still in the traditional manual control mode to realize the operation of pumping stations. This method has high labor cost and low operation efficiency. By introducing the scheme design, hardware design and software design of the pump station control system based on S7-1200, the automation and intellectualization of each pump station can be realized. The application of pumping station control system improves the automation level and the overall operation efficiency of pumping station.
