中文摘要: 针对广东某铜冶炼转炉渣进行了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究,工艺矿物学显示该矿物中铜品位1.13%,脉石矿物主要为铁橄榄石等。该炉渣采用阶磨阶选工艺流程,在一段磨矿细度 -74μm67.5%,快速浮选得到部分精矿,尾矿再磨细度 -43μm94.9% 条件下,可获得铜精矿品位 20.05%(金 3.85g/t、银 202.5g/t),铜回收率 76.85%(金 58.71%、银 78.45%)的浮选技术指标 , 同时,尾矿铜品位降到了 0.27%,炉渣样中的铜资源得到了有效的综合利用。
Abstract:Process mineralogy and beneficiation tests were conducted for a copper smelting electro slag in Guangdong. Process mineralogy showed that the copper grade in the mineral was 1.13%, and gangue minerals were mainly carbonates and silicates. The slag adopts the stage grinding and grading process. At a stage of grinding fineness of -74 μm 67.5%, part of the concentrate is obtained by rapid flotation. The tailings regrind fineness of -43 μm 94.9% can obtain copper concentrate grade Flotation technical index of 20.05% (gold 3.85g / t, silver 202.5g / t), copper recovery rate 76.85% (gold 58.71%, silver 78.45%).At the same time, the copper grade of the tailings dropped below 0.27%, and the copper resources in the slag sample were effectively used comprehensively.
