中文摘要: 银山矿业 6500t/d 铜硫选矿厂一段磨矿系统采用 SABC 流程,磨矿分级作业采用 8 台 FX660 旋流器(4开 4 备),该系统投产以来,随着生产的逐步稳定,磨矿系统台效由投产初期的 270.8t/h 提高到 300t/h,旋流器溢流中 -74μm 级别含量达到 65% 以上,但 +178μm 级别含量达到 9.36,略高于计划要求。为了降低旋流器溢流中 +178μm 级别的含量,对 FX660 旋流器进行优化升级,采用蜗壳预分级进料体新结构旋流器,同时对旋流器溢流管和沉砂嘴直径进行调整,将旋流器溢流中 +178μm 含量降低了 3.02 个百分点,-74μm 级别提高了 1.85个百分点,旋流器分级效率提高了 1.77 个百分点。分级作业返砂比降低了 29.23 个百分点。
Abstract:The first stage grinding system of 6500t / D Copper-sulphur concentrator of Yinshan mining adopts SABC process, and eight FX660 hydrocyclones are used for grinding and classification, the bench efficiency of the grinding system was increased from 270.8 T / h to 300 t / h at the beginning of operation. The content of-74 Micron grade in the overflow of the cyclone reached over 65% ,but the content of + 178 Micron grade reached 9.36, which was slightly higher than the requirement of the plan. In order to reduce the + 178 Micron level content in the overflow of the cyclone, the optimized upgrade of the cyclone FX60 was carried out by adopting a new structure cyclone with a spiral case pre-graded feed body and adjusting the diameter of the overflow pipe and the grit-sinking nozzle of the cyclone, the + 178 Micron content in the overflow of hydrocyclone was reduced by 3.02 percentage points, the-74 Micron level was increased by 1.85 percentage points, and the classification efficiency of hydrocyclone was increased by 1.77 percentage points. The sand return ratio of the classification operation was reduced by 29.23 percentage points.
