Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the existing rotary kiln flue gas gathering facilities could not meet the needs of the sulfating roasting process of anode sludge, the technical discussion was carried out，and the flue gas inlet pipe, crude selenium transfer tank,smoke hood at kiln end and absorption tower connection pipe were reformed. After implementation, the tightness of the rotary kiln flue gas gathering system and the absorption efficiency of the flue gas were improved, the expected goals were achieved.
