中文摘要: 根据对 MAG 高速漆包机各部分能耗分布进行统计分析,以及对其烘炉的结构及工作原理的研究,通过优化烘炉炉温曲线、提高有机溶剂催化燃烧效率、优化烘炉系统结构和工艺设计、烘炉排废热量的再次利用等技术创新手段来对漆包机烘炉进行节能改造以实现漆包机的低能耗、零排放和高环保要求,从而达到降低公司漆包线产品的能耗,提高公司经济效益的目的。
Abstract:According to the statistical analysis of the energy consumption distribution of each part of MAG high-speed enamelled machine, and the study of the structure and working principle of its oven, by technology innovation means of optimizing the oven temperature curve, improving the efficiency of organic solvent catalytic combustion, optimizing the structure and process design of oven system, and recycling the waste heat of oven to carry out energy saving transformation to the enamelled machine ovens to achieve the requirements of low energy consumption, zero emissions and high environmental protection, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the enamelled wire products and improve the company's economic benefits.
