Abstract:Project construction organization is to plan the whole project from progress, quality, safety, cost, resource allocation and other aspects before construction. A scientific and reasonable construction organization determines whether the project objectives can be achieved. Mainly analyzes the setting point of the central mixing station, the selection of the concrete transportation scheme and the selection of the formwork materials in the flood control and guide channel project from the above aspects. A reflection summary of some unreasonable construction organization and technical scheme selection adopted in the construction process after the completion of the project, so as to provide reference for similar project construction organization.
