中文摘要: 为提高大山选矿厂一段常规磨矿分级指标,对旋流器结构参数进行了优化分析,选择配置有螺旋下旋线式进料管、三段锥锥体及加长柱体结构的新型旋流器进行了现场试验,并在优化溢流管及沉砂嘴直径的基础上取得了较理想的分级指标。旋流器溢流中 +0.18 mm 粒级含量下降至 7.10%,-0.074 mm 粒级含量增加至65.39%,分级效率提高到 59.78%,与现场旋流器指标(溢流 +0.18 mm 粒级含量≥ 8.00%、-0.074 mm 粒级含量61% ~ 63%、分级效率 50%)比显著提高。

Abstract:In order to improve the index of conventional grinding and classification system in Dashan concentration plant,optimization and analysis on structural parameters of the hydrocyclone were carried out. A new type of hydrocyclone with the structure of helical downward line feed pipe, three-section cone and lengthened cylinder was selected for field test. On the basis of optimizing the diameters of overflow and underflow, a satisfactory classification result was obtained. The fraction over 0.18 mm in overflow is down to 7.10% and the fraction below 0.074 mm in overflow is increased to 65.39%, moreover, the classification efficiency is increased to 59.78%, which is significantly better than the current classification index (the fraction over 0.18 mm in overflow is more than 8.00%, the fraction below 0.074 mm in overflow is 61% to 63% and the classification efficiency is 50%).
