中文摘要: 介绍了某大型国有企业选硫系统改造前的状况,改造后出现的问题,以及最终的解决方案。通过具体的技术改造实践活动—粗细粒级分离浮选工艺流程的选择,说明了技术改造需要通过实践不断的进行优化,且技术改造也不能仅局限于现有的数据来解决面临的问题,还应考虑处理矿石性质变化可能带来的一系列问题,对提高矿山资源利用率,实现矿山可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:This paper introduces the situation of a large-scale state-owned enterprise's sulfur separation system before transformation, the problems after transformation, and the final solution. Through the practical activities of technical transformation and the selection of the technological process of separation and flotation of coarse and fine particles, it is clarified that the technical transformation needs to be optimized continuously through practice, and the technical transformation can not only be limited to the existing data to solve the problems faced, but also to deal with a series of problems that may be brought about by the change of ore properties, which has certain effect on improving the utilization rate of mine resources guiding significance.
