中文摘要: 回收超细粒级中的黄铁矿的试验研究主要通过加酸活化、优化工艺条件,采用常规浮选方法对选硫作业的尾矿溢流样进行了试验研究。原料粒级在 -600 目以下、硫品位 30.11% 的情况下,获得品位 50.77%、回收率 71.93% 高品位的硫精矿。此品位的硫精矿制酸后产生的炉渣含铁达到 63% 以上,可以作为钢铁生产原料。
Abstract:The experimental research on the recovery of pyrite ore in the ultrafine particles is mainly through acid activation and optimization of process conditions. The tailings overflow sample of sulfur selection operation was tested and studied by conventional flotation method. Under the raw material condition of -600 mesh and sulfur grade of 30.11%, grade of 50.77% and a recovery rate of 71.93% of high-grade sulfur concentrate were obtained. The iron content from the slag produced by this grade sulfur concentrate is over 63%, and the slag can be used as raw material of steel production.
