中文摘要: 以铜阳极泥硫酸化焙烧蒸硒渣为研究对象,试验研究了一次水浸分铜和二次水浸分铜对蒸硒渣中银浸出率以及分铜渣率的影响。试验表明 :二次水浸分铜可以有效提高蒸硒渣中银浸出率,同时降低分铜渣率。经过一年时间生产实践,二次水浸分铜可以提高后续工序生产指标,同时创造良好的经济效益,具有一定的推广价值。
Abstract:This paper takes steamed selenium residue after sulfate roasting of copper anode slime as the research object. The effects of the primary water leaching in copper separation and secondary water leaching in copper separation on silver leaching rate and copper separation rate were studied through the test. The experiment result showed that the secondary water leaching in copper separation can effectively increase the silver leaching rate of steamed selenium residue and reduce the copper slag separating rate. After one year of production practice, it is concluded that secondary water leaching in copper separation can improve the production index of subsequent processes, create good economic benefits, and have certain promotion value.
